Responsibilities:

• Carpet, upholstery, tile & grout, hardwood floor, air duct and dryer vent cleaning
• Water/fire/smoke damage restoration services
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Communication skills and above average customer service is a top priority

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred but not required
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Valid driver's license with no major violations required
