Service availability depends on your location within our service area.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are free and are provided by phone, through the website's instant quote tool, or in person for larger jobs. An estimate reflects the information you provide; the final scope may be adjusted once a technician evaluates conditions on site, and any adjustment will be communicated before work proceeds.
4. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations
You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas being cleaned at the scheduled time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so the appointment can be offered to another customer. We reserve the right to reschedule when weather, safety, or equipment issues require it.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Our work is competitively priced, and pricing details for your job are confirmed with your estimate.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

7. Discounts
We offer a 15% military discount. It is our only discount, and eligibility may require reasonable verification of service. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer because no other offers exist.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased for any of our services. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Contact the office with questions about purchasing or applying a gift card.
9. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape its content for republication, or misrepresent your identity when submitting forms.
10. Content and Intellectual Property
